PICTURE DAY

SUNDAY MAY 28, 2017 9am- 2pm

Picture Day is a very BIG day for our BR Players, and is run on a VERY tight schedule due to the volume of players in Bowridge baseball. To ensure a ‘smooth day’ is achieved, your support with regards to the process put in place is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
 

LOCATION

Weather permitting, photos will be taken at the Varsity Estates Diamond (Varsity Estates Rise & Varsity Estates Rd NW). If it is raining an email will be circulated the morning of notifying players to go to the back up venue which is Absolute Baseball (indoors).

GAME JERSEYS & EQUIPMENT

✓Players must wear the Full uniform including hats and cleats
✓ NO: helmets or mouth guards

✓ Players to bring one bat and one glove

ARRIVAL

✓  Players please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time for their team and should be “picture ready” in all the required uniform.

✓  Late Arrivals:

o Will be handled on a case by case basis. If a player is late, there is no guarantee that the player will be photographed in their team photo. Timing will be at the discretion of the photographer.

o If a player is late, they will still have an opportunity to have their individual photo taken.

COACHING STAFF

✓  Only Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches, who are on the “Official Team Roster”, will be included in the photo.

✓  ALL Coaches are to wear the Bowridge coaching attire. If you do not have one, every effort will be made to have jackets available on Picture Day to wear for the photo.

• ✓  “2nd Chance Ordering” will be available approx 3-4 weeks after photo day, although any orders that are placed after this photo day will be subject to delivery charges and shipped directly to your home address.
